QUESTIONS ABOUT YOUR ORDER
- What is the minimum order?
We have no minimum quantity – a single customised T-shirt order is fine with us! We also accept bigger orders up to a couple hundred pieces. We are happy for you to split the total amount between different designs and sizes too.
- How long will it take?
Generally, an order will only take a few days. For small orders, same day printing is possible and if you order a colour or size that’s not something we hold in stock, we can put in a special order which arrives very quickly.
- What kind of designs can I send you?
Any type of design, preferably in its highest quality, works fine for us – a picture, a drawing, a set of text. We are also happy to help with design work based on an idea that you have!
- What type of files do you need me to send?
You can send any type of file but there are certain file types to ensure your design comes out accurately. PNG is best, JPEG/PSD/AI work fine too. However, if you aren’t sure then even just a description with a couple reference images can aid us in helping you create your customised design!
- What if I don’t know how to design my idea?
That’s alright – we are happy to help! The more details of your idea you can provide, the better! Once we know what you’re looking for, we can send over some mock ups and start the process of designing your custom T-shirt, together!
- What types of garments can you print on?
We mainly print on t-shirts but also offer a range of other garments such as sweaters, hoodies, polos. You can also bring in your own garments; the print method may vary depending on different materials and we are happy to talk you through the different options.
- Can I bring in my own garments?
Yes, you can bring in your own garments however the print method may vary depending on different materials; digital printing works on 100% cotton, screen printing works on the same, and almost anything else which can lay flat.

- How can I get a price quote?
Send us an email at email@example.com – The information we need to know is: design size, single side/double side printing, t-shirt colour and quantity. The more details you can give us the better, it will help make the quote more accurate and the entire transaction run smoother.
- How do I make the payment?
Our staff are very flexible with payment and happy to receive it through a range of different channels to make it easy for you. We are happy for you to pay cash on pick up, send or deposit a cheque, bank transfer or make payment online through our website.
- Can I set up a consultation?
Definitely! We are always happy to meet up and talk you through the different options we offer, so just get in touch! You can send us an email or fill in a contact form and ask for Hughie, Matt or Akiko.
- How do I care for my garment after printing?
Hand washing is best, however, we send our laundry to a launderette in the neighborhood. The first wash usually shrinks the T-shirt a little, but it will hold its form thereafter!
